Buying a Car & Driving in the UK - £2.99
If you're moving to Oxford and plan to live and work locally
it is not essential to own a car, but it does have its advantages.
Unfortunately, like most things in the UK buying a car requires a mountain of paperwork so if you're lost when it comes to Tax discs,
MOT and Insurance bands, or simply don’t know where to begin,
this is the chapter for you.
